We’re a small but growing company looking for a reliable, creative, and tech-savvy Webflow expert to help maintain and optimize our website on an as-needed basis. This is not a full-time role — some months we may have no updates at all, and other months we might have a few design tweaks, landing page edits, or SEO-related improvements. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with this flexible arrangement and is available when needed. Here’s the important part: We want to pay a reliable, predictable monthly fee to keep you on-hand. That way, you're compensated for your availability, and we have peace of mind knowing we can count on you when we need help. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Deep experience with Webflow ✅ Ability to handle routine maintenance (link updates, error checks, minor tweaks) ✅ Comfort building or editing high-converting landing pages ✅ Working knowledge of SEO best practices ✅ Creative, proactive thinker who can suggest improvements ✅ Responsive communication and strong attention to detail Bonus if you also have experience with: -Analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager) - Automation - Google Ads, Facebook Ads -Integrations (email platforms, CRMs, forms, zapier) -CRO (conversion rate optimization) or A/B testing Why Work With Us?
