Key Responsibilities: Phone Reception and Call Routing: Be the friendly voice of Yutka Fence! You’ll handle incoming calls with a smile (even if it’s just over the phone), ensuring every customer feels like a VIP. Estimate Booking Assistance: Connect with customers to schedule free estimate appointments, qualify leads, and coordinate smoothly with our design technicians. Bonus points if you can do this while making someone’s day. Outbound Call Management: You’ll be proactively reaching out to potential customers to respond to requests for free estimates and guide them through the scheduling process, all while keeping it friendly and upbeat. Document Retrieval: Use your savvy skills to locate essential documents through online resources and local municipality websites, ensuring nothing gets in the way of our projects moving forward. Additional Support Tasks: Jump in wherever needed, from converting sold estimates into installation jobs to tackling various administrative tasks—all with a smile. What’s in It for You?
