Hi! I’m launching Kispers, a permit and entitlement business. I'm looking to build long-term relationships with reliable and skilled drafters/designers for ongoing work. For this initial project, I need architectural drawings for a 2-story residential home, including: Site Plan Existing Floor Plan Layout (2 stories) Proposed Floor Plan Layout (2 stories) Elevations (on all sides ) Requirements: Must deliver PDF files (permit/entitlement ready) Provide a clear breakdown of pricing per individual component: Site Plan Existing Floor Plan (per floor if needed) Proposed Floor Plan (per floor if needed) Elevations (per side or full set) This is important so I can build a consistent pricing structure for future projects that may only require one or more specific components Indicate whether your pricing is flat rate or hourly, and include your rates if hourly Include estimated turnaround time per component and completion for all components Must be able to work from sketches, photos, or rough plans Experience with permit and entitlement documentation is a plus Please share samples/portfolio of similar work This is the first of many projects with Kispers, and I’m looking for someone I can trust and work with long-term.
