We are looking for a proactive, experienced real estate acquisition specialist to help source, analyze, and communicate with sellers and brokers. This is a long-term opportunity to grow with us as we expand. ✅ Your Role: Source and qualify off-market and listed properties (20–50 rooms) that meet our criteria Build and maintain relationships with sellers, brokers, and commercial agents Coordinate property tours, financial data collection, and underwriting support Use platforms like BizBuySell, LoopNet, Facebook Groups, and CRE broker networks Identify motivated sellers (ideally retiring or underperforming operators) Assist in creating reports or packages for internal investment review
