We’re seeking a talented and strategic video editor who can transform our raw footage into compelling short-form content for Meta (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube, and more. This isn’t just about stitching clips together—we need someone who understands how to sell with video. You know what a great hook looks like in the first three seconds. You’re obsessed with scroll-stopping creative. You get that it’s not just about showing workouts or golf shots—it’s about storytelling, emotion, and performance. What We’ll Provide: • High-quality B-roll from golf courses and workout shoots • Footage of trainers, workouts, and real golfers • Drone shots, testimonials, and voiceovers • Brand guidelines, ad messaging, and creative direction What You’ll Do: • Create static-to-video, short-form (15s to 60s) ads and reels that work on Meta and YouTube • Develop multiple variations for A/B testing • Use typography, music, pacing, and transitions to boost engagement • Incorporate clear CTAs in line with platform best practices • Edit with a performance-driven mindset (we’re tracking conversions and engagement) Ideal Candidate Has: • Proven experience editing performance creative for Meta ads and/or YouTube Shorts • A strong portfolio of video ads with killer hooks • Understanding of direct-response advertising and how editing affects conversions • A good feel for fitness, sports, or golf-related content is a significant plus • Fast turnaround and willingness to iterate based on feedback Bonus: If you’ve worked with fitness brands or SaaS-style campaigns before, we’d love to see your work.
