I’m building a self-paced online workshop for legal professionals focused on resilience, stress management, and sustainable performance. The course will include an Intro + 6 core modules, each featuring a video lesson and accompanying handout. The bones of the course are already in place (outline, rough scripts, draft handouts), but I need an experienced course developer + project manager to help me bring it to a professional, polished finish. Key responsibilities: -Review and refine my existing framework + content (6 modules + intro). -Collaborate closely to craft/strengthen video scripts for each module (you’ll polish my rough drafts to ensure clarity, engagement, and flow). -Redesign + finalize handouts/workbooks for each module (content is created but needs tightening, formatting, and visual polish). -Ensure consistency and cohesion across all materials (tone, style, and messaging). -Provide creative input on visuals/flow for slides or videos (I will record the videos, but guidance on making them engaging is helpful). -Coordinate any design or tech needs (or handle light design if capable). -Oversee final quality check + prep to ensure the course is launch-ready and professional. Course platform: I plan to host the workshop on kajabi, but I’m open to guidance on best practices for hosting and delivery. Ideal candidate: -Strong online course creation experience (especially educational/professional audiences). -Excellent writing and editing skills—comfortable turning rough scripts into compelling, clear, and engaging content. -Experience with handout/workbook design + formatting (basic design skills preferred). -Detail-oriented and skilled at ensuring consistency across all content. Bonus: familiarity with the legal industry or wellness/stress management space. Deliverables: -Polished, camera-ready scripts for each module. -Finalized, designed handouts/workbooks for each module. -A fully organized, cohesive course package ready for me to record and launch.
