I'm looking for a freelancer that can attend an upcoming a conference with me in late-April in Phoenix, AZ. At this conference, we will network with as many people as possible to create leads. This is a short-term gig with potential for future collaboration if we align well. Future collaboration will include social media marketing and lead generation. Responsibilities: Attend a 2-day conference with me in Phoenix to network with car dealership reps, gather industry insights, and represent the startup. Conference is on Sunday 4/27 and Monday 4/28 in Scottsdale, AZ. Join 2–3 virtual prep meetings (30 mins – 1 hours each) to strategize our conference approach, refine our pitch, and align on goals. Future: Assist with social media content creation and lead generation. Requirements: Strong networking and communication skills—comfortable engaging with car dealership owners/managers. Based in or near Phoenix, AZ (preferred), or able to travel there for the conference. Entrepreneurial mindset—able to think like a co-founder and contribute ideas to shape the startup’s direction. Availability in mid-late April 2025 for prep and conference (conference dates are 4/27-4/28). Successful completion of this project will be a final meeting after the conference to analyze potential leads and identifying high-priority features that the dealers talked about. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or flat fee (negotiable based on experience). Travel expenses to/from the conference venue covered. Must be local in Phoenix area.
