We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our creative agency with content scheduling, light copywriting, basic research, and project coordination. This is a remote, part-time role with room to grow. We are a boutique digital agency led by a passionate founder and supported by a network of skilled collaborators. Responsibilities: - Conduct brand and market research to support content and campaign planning - Draft social media captions and write briefs for graphics (to be sent to our design team) - Schedule content via Publer - Research and apply relevant hashtags and account tags - Assist in gathering and organizing content for email campaigns - Draft basic email copy and format campaigns in MailerLite or ActiveCampaign - Support list segmentation, audience targeting, and scheduling of email sends - Maintain internal file organization and task tracking as needed Qualifications: - Strong writing and communication skills - Experience with tools like Publer, Google Docs, Canva, or similar - Familiarity with MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, or other email marketing platforms - Organized, reliable, and responsive - Bonus: Experience working in wellness, creative, or tech-forward spacesCategory: Admin SupportSubcategory: Virtual AssistantIs this a project or a position?: ProjectRequired availability: Part time
