Job Title: Tech Sales Interview Coach Company: Elite Tech Sales (ETS) Location: Remote Pay: $1,000 per member coached ($400 up front, $600 after offer signed) About Us: Elite Tech Sales is on a mission to help individuals land jobs with top tier tech sales organizations in the shortest time possible. We provide top-tier coaching, industry insights, and a structured pathway for our members to secure high-paying sales roles in tech. We’re growing fast and looking for a dedicated Tech Sales Coach to join our team! Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a dynamic, inspiring, and results-driven Tech Sales Interview Coach who is passionate about guiding others to success. The ideal candidate meets the following criteria: - Confident with strong communication skills - Proven track record in placing people in competitive interviews - No longer wants to work in corporate, values time freedom - Passionate about impacting people’s lives - Former coaching experience preferred - Experience as a hiring manager with strong storytelling abilities - Eager to play a pivotal role in a growing company - Operationally efficient, punctual, and wanting to grow coaching systems in our company (experience growing a coaching offer is preferred) Key Responsibilities: - Coach & mentor ETS members to secure high-paying tech sales roles and shorten time to placement - Break limiting beliefs and instill confidence in members - Drive urgency and keep candidates on track for placement - Report progress regularly to ETS leadership Leverage networks (former ETS members, hiring managers) to create job opportunities - Build systems of efficiency for coaching - Assist candidates with resumes and interview preparation - Ensure placements within 50 days or less - Keep community fun and interactive - Get testimonials from members (saying ETS) Compensation & Benefits: $1,000 per member.
