Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through our SaaS platform and delivering outstanding support. - Handle account management tasks, including conducting account reviews, identifying risks, and performing regular check-ins. - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, Slack, or phone. - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product) to resolve customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements: - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Demonstrated experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role within the SaaS industry.
