Viking Manufacturing, a premier provider of high-quality Steel Buildings, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing team and drive our sales initiatives to new heights. ***This is a full-time role, from 8am PST - 5pm PST Monday - Friday.*** In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, learning about their needs and providing them with information about our products and services. Your primary goal will be to convert inquiries into signed contracts by qualifying prospects, learning about their projects, and consistently following up by phone and email until they sign a contract and pay a 25% deposit. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills and a drive to consistently engage prospects and manage deals through a complex sales process. The role: - Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via phone and email. Prospects come to us looking for Steel Buildings to be delivered and assembled on their property. You'll receive a steady flow of warm, interested leads to qualify, generate opportunities, and close contracts. No cold calling or lead generation required. - Qualify potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products. - The Sales Team only focuses on selling. We have estimators and customer support staff to create quotes and manage projects. - Follow up on opportunities to nurture relationships and advance them through the pipeline. - Negotiate terms and close contracts while maintaining a positive customer experience. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in HubSpot. - Stay informed about product features and pricing to effectively communicate with customers. Skills : - To do well, you need to have great personal magnetism and enthusiasm, while still maintaining sincere professionalism towards the clients you work with. - Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot. - Ability to negotiate effectively while demonstrating value to prospects. - Knowledge of business development strategies and sales techniques. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. The Numbers: - $114K OTE with the opportunity to earn much more - Base Pay: $20/hr - Commission: 2% of Monthly Sales - Performance Bonuses: Earn .5% Extra in months you close over $450k - Quota is $300k/monthly. The highest performers can close up to $650k/monthly. - Average ticket size is approximately $30k - $45k per deal. The expected individual sales performance is about 10 deals per month, and during peak times of the year, it is possible to close up to 22 deals per month.
