We are looking for a skilled professional experienced in Gorgias AI and customer support automation to enhance and optimize our website's customer service operations. Your role will involve analyzing our current systems, implementing AI solutions, and streamlining our support processes to improve response times and customer satisfaction. Our current chatbot is operational, handling fundamental product inquiries using a knowledge base that includes uploaded product details and frequently asked questions. Scope of Work: • AI Response Enhancement: Review and improve AI-generated responses to product questions to make them more accurate, natural, and helpful. • General Company FAQ Expansion: Add and organize broader site-wide FAQs (e.g., shipping, returns, account help). • Knowledge Base Display: Explore and recommend better ways to structure or present FAQ content for improved user interaction. • Automation Flows: Develop automatic customer service flows (e.g., order status checks, return initiation) within Gorgias. • Strategic Recommendations: Identify and suggest additional opportunities to streamline support and improve customer experience through Gorgias AI. • Cross-App Flow Optimization: We may also need help to evaluate and support improvements to the flow and integration between our Shopify store and other platforms.
