I'm looking for someone to help me with scheduling interviews while we have a large influx of open roles. This will likely be anywhere from 10 to 15 hours of work per week. Experience with Ashby ATS is a huge plus. Day to day responsibilities include: - Monitoring the Talent Acquisition Inbox - Sending out scheduling request to candidates via Prelude - Communicating with candidates and hiring managers to coordinate schedules - Rescheduling interviews as needed - Working with the Sr. Recruiting Manager to understand priorities The Ideal Candidate is: - Someone who has experience with scheduling software ( particularly in the recruiting space) - Someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills -Someone with a high sense of urgency - Someone who has experience with Slack or other Instant Messenger systems
