Customer Acquisition Associate
Hourly: $25.00 - $35.00
Online media company is looking for a high caliber and detail-oriented customer acquisition associate for ~10 hours per week. There is potential to turn into a long term opportunity with an expanded scope of work for the right person. Initial tasks would include: + Managing email communications with existing and prospective customers + Updating customer information and database management + Ensuring customers are provided with member benefits Ideal candidates should possess the following skills: + Strong written business communication + Strong attention to detail + Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and customers via email + Previous experience working in a sales or business to business strongly preferred + 4 year college degree preferred
