About Us Neuronanny is a luxury, neurodiverse-informed nanny agency serving families across the U.S. We provide structured, compassionate, and high-quality childcare placements. We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Family Onboarding Specialist to support new client onboarding, documentation, and family support during the early stages of the care journey. Key Responsibilities - Create family profiles for candidates (based on family questionnaire responses) - Guide families through onboarding documents and system enrollment - Conduct light family background checks - Assist families with creating household manuals and care instructions - Identify accommodations or special care needs (feeding, medical, etc.) - Gather child details (ages, interests, developmental and emotional needs) - Prepare and send welcome packages (tee-shirts, mugs, and pens) Position Details - Remote, flexible, project-based - Initial onboarding period includes 5–10 hours in the first week to get acclimated, logged in, and complete initial setup - If no active onboarding occurs that week, only 5 hours will be assigned - After training, hours are based on family application flow - Each onboarding project is paid hourly for time worked, plus bonuses for successful completion - Ideal for someone seeking additional income with flexible hours Compensation - Hourly Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience) - Project-Based Option: $200–$300 per fully completed onboarding project - Bonuses Available: • $25 bonus for full enrollment (contract + deposit within 10 days) • $50 documentation bonus (per quarter, if audit-ready and timely) • $25–$50 bonus for family praise or successful trial coordination - Partial Project Fee: $50–$75 paid if significant effort is made (e.g., email outreach, interview scheduled, or intake started) but the family decides not to move forward What We’re Looking For - U.S.-based professional - Strong writing and communication skills - Experience in onboarding, case management, family support, or admin - Organized and responsive with excellent follow-through - Comfortable using email, PDFs, and simple task-tracking systems (like Asana) - Bonus if you have experience with special needs, nanny agencies, or family services To Apply Please send the following to 1.
