We are seeking an experienced Airbnb professional to assist us with guest communications regarding negative reviews. $500 per review removed. The ideal candidate will be skilled in: Tactful and persuasive communication Handling sensitive conversations with professionalism Encouraging guests to revise or remove negative reviews where appropriate Responsibilities include: Reaching out to guests who have left negative reviews Engaging with guests politely to address concerns and request removal of their reviews Drafting thoughtful, guest-centered messages that align with Airbnb’s communication guidelines Advising us on best practices to maintain a strong host reputation Requirements: Strong understanding of the Airbnb platform and guest review policies Experience in customer service, hospitality, or Airbnb hosting Excellent written communication and conflict-resolution skills If you have a proven ability to turn guest experiences around even after a stay, and you understand how to navigate review situations tactfully, we would love to hear from you!
