Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative We are looking for a reliable and computer-savvy customer service representative to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate should be able to work from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM CST, 4 hours daily, and be able to connect to our server via an OpenVPN connection. Responsibilities: Conduct customer service satisfaction surveys via phone calls to our customers after one of our technicians completes a service call. Record and document survey responses accurately in our database. Provide professional and courteous customer service to all clients. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email. Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed. Requirements: Must have reliable, fast internet connection. Strong computer skills and familiarity with remote work tools, such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Must be comfortable making outbound phone calls and conducting surveys. High school diploma or equivalent. This is a part-time role that requires a commitment of 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday. The freelancer may be asked to take on additional customer service tasks if the workload is insufficient.
