THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING! We are a specialty turf services company based in North Metro Atlanta, GA. We specialize in helping customers make their lawns look like a golf course via scalping, leveling, and aeration. We also service customers in the fall with cool season grasses. We have an established marketing program and from April-June, we receive 10-20 leads per day via our lead form on our website. These leads flow into Jobber (our CRM). We need someone to do the following: -Quickly response to the interested lead via text/email and thank them for their interest -If it's a new customer, we want to advise them of the next steps and setup an "assessment" to be scheduled by someone on our team in the next 1-2 weeks -If it's an existing customer, we would have this person draft a quote for one of our team members to review prior to sending -In the process of qualification, if the lead asks questions about services or needs more information, we want to answer/provide that info or advise our team and we'll take over the communications -Use google maps or similar to quickly estimate the size/square footage of the homeowner's property and lookup the home value on Zillow, adding both of those details to the assessment instructions and/or custom fields. We use Jobber (web based CRM with built in messaging/ability to send emails) for managing our leads and customers/jobs and we communicate amongst ourselves via slack (messaging app). You would be interacting with both owners who are actively involved in performing most assessment visits and quotes as well as 1-2 add'l full time office staff. We use gSuite for email/document/list tracking tools and can coordinate the vast majority of activities via slack/shared document collaboration. This role may grow into a full time inside salesperson who can review quotes/questions about quotes and perform follow up tasks to increase sales. This growth could come with additional compensation and bonus opportunties. We are a fun, family oriented environment with a great culture and strong sense of team.
