Remote Chat & Email Customer Support (US-Based Only) – $25/hr | Flexible Hours We’re launching a new program, and we’re looking for 4 reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team. Your primary responsibility will be to answer customer inquiries via chat and email using our internal FAQ and support tools. Position Details: • Pay: $25/hour • Schedule: 4–8 hours/day, flexible shifts Monday–Friday, with optional part-time weekend availability (you can choose what ever days works best for you) • Type: Remote (US-Based Only) Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat promptly and professionally • Learn our platform’s FAQ and top support questions to assist users accurately • Communicate with our internal team regarding customer feedback or technical issues • Maintain a helpful, patient, and professional tone in all communications • Adhere to support protocols and guidelines provided during training Who We’re Looking For: • Based in the United States • Reliable internet connection and access to a personal laptop or computer • Experience with email communication or customer service preferred • Organized, communicative, and comfortable working independently • Willing to learn and follow internal FAQs and knowledge base materials Training Provided: We’ll fully train you on our FAQs and provide access to a detailed support database to make your job easier and more efficient.
