Client Facing Account Manager With Digital Experience


Hello, We are looking for an experienced Client Facing Project Manager with digital agency experience to join our company. The bottom line function for this position is to retain our clients and ensure the transition of clients from satisfied to thrilled. About You: You are smart, strategic, realistic, logical, results- and process-oriented. You live to address client needs and to plan and execute strategies that guide the success of both our clients and agency. You are a natural problem solver and communicator, with the ability to negotiate between the needs of the client, and our internal team to create win-win solutions. You have deep knowledge of web and digital marketing processes, think quickly on your feet, and are a pro at delegation. You thrive on keeping clients happy and well-informed, and turning them into raving fans of our team and process, and the results that they get from working with us. Account Manager Responsibilities: Goal: Retain our clients and ensure the transition of clients from satisfied to thrilled. - Create happy clients (the clients’ experience is #1; make working with us pleasant and easy for these busy small businesses) - Proactively touch base with clients with weekly status updates & monthly to ensure happiness level, maintain rapport, and foster relationships through timely follow-up and communication to increase retention of accounts - Be an advocate for our clients and available for their needs - Answer phone calls We will start of with 1-2 clients in the beginning and expect the work to be around 5 hours/week.
