Virtual Assistant – Client Communication & Scheduling (US Hours) We’re a small but growing service-based business looking for a warm, dependable, and detail-oriented **Virtual Assistant** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, is comfortable on the phone, and enjoys helping people—especially during times when they may be stressed about health and home concerns. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so a friendly, professional, and empathetic presence is essential. The right person will help us provide a seamless, caring experience from the very first call or message. --- **Responsibilities:** - Answer incoming phone calls and return voicemails promptly - Respond to client messages via phone, text, email, and chat in our CRM (Go High Level) - Clearly explain our mold testing and inspection services with empathy and professionalism - Schedule appointments and follow up with leads - Track communication and update client records with detailed notes - Represent our brand in a calm, informative, and reassuring manner --- **Requirements:** - Fluent in spoken and written English - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Tech-savvy and willing to learn Go High Level CRM (training provided) - Reliable availability during **U.S. business hours** (Pacific or Mountain Time preferred) - Quiet, distraction-free work environment and strong internet connection --- **Preferred Qualifications:** - Based in the USA (strongly preferred) - Experience in home services, wellness, or inspection-based industries - Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM systems --- **Hours & Growth:** - Start with **15–20 hours per week** - Opportunity to grow into a **full-time** position based on performance --- **How to Apply:** Please send a short message introducing yourself, highlighting your relevant experience and availability.
