We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our residential real estate brokerage and investment/flipping company. The ideal candidate will excel at managing transactions, coordinating schedules, and maintaining efficient systems to streamline operations. Responsibilities: Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Create, maintain, and update internal tracking systems and databases to monitor project milestones. Utilize CRM platforms (Follow Up Boss experience is a plus) to effectively manage client relationships from initial contact through the sales process. Coordinate and schedule appointments, inspections, utility transfers, and closings with agents, clients, sellers, title companies, and third-party vendors. Communicate clearly and professionally through email, phone, and messaging with internal team members and external stakeholders. Handle administrative tasks, including documentation management, data entry, and regular reporting. Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement new systems or processes. Qualifications: Prior experience in real estate transaction management or administrative support. Experience with real estate CRM platforms (Follow Up Boss). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and solve problems independently. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with real estate transaction management platforms (Dotloop, Skyslope, TransactionDesk). Previous experience supporting real estate investors or house-flipping operations. Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and social media management. Hours: Part-time to start, with potential for increased hours based on performance and company growth. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
