Overview: We’re hiring a fluent, native English speaker based in the United States to help us follow up with customers who have received previous estimates from our company. You’ll be expected to make outbound calls, send follow-up emails, and track customer responses. You must be confident speaking with customers, learning our closing process, and working independently. This is a remote, part-time position paid hourly, with a flexible schedule within standard business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST). Responsibilities: Call clients with old estimates to follow up and gauge interest Learn and follow our internal process to close leads effectively Send follow-up emails using provided templates Track and record updates after each customer interaction Communicate clearly and professionally Submit updates and progress at the end of each work session Requirements: Must be based in the U.S. Native English speaker (no strong accent preferred) Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking professionally Must have at least 3 years of experience in a service-based industry (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) Reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet working environment Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow processes Available to work between 9 AM – 5 PM EST, 2–3 days per week Hours will vary — some days may only require a couple of hours of work To Apply: Submit a 1–2 minute video explaining why you’d be a great fit for this role.
