We seek a skilled and proactive Freelance Community Manager to support and grow our presence on a popular social media website. The ideal candidate understands how to engage authentically with users, spark meaningful conversations, follow community guidelines, and subtly guide engagement in a way that aligns with community norms. Key Responsibilities: Drive engagement by posting thoughtful, interesting, and on-topic questions designed to encourage community interaction. Maintain a consistent posting schedule that keeps the subreddit active and engaging. Monitor subreddit discussions and respond to comments in a way that fosters positive interaction and builds community trust. Stay on-brand by representing the tone, values, and goals of the company through all posts and interactions. Report insights on user engagement, sentiment, and emerging trends within the subreddit. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience managing or contributing to Reddit communities. Deep understanding of Reddit culture, platform dynamics, and posting etiquette. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write casually, clearly, and persuasively. Ability to generate creative content ideas tailored to specific community interests.
