Love jewelry? Visit a luxury store, check out beautiful watches, and get paid!! This is an inquiry-only assignment to evaluate the customer service at local jewelry stores in Rochester, Sterling Heights, and Birmingham, MI. Task: You’ll be asked to portray a customer who is interested in shopping for luxury watches. Customer will choose a watch (details will be shared later) and express interest. The goal is to assess the in-store experience. During your visit, engage with a store associate, showing interest in a specific brand of watch. The customer will try the watch on and evaluate how the associate handles professionalism, product knowledge, and attention to detail. The customer will make sure to get the associate's business card and accept any brochures or materials offered. Afterward, keep an eye out for any follow-up from the associate for up to 72 hours after the visit. A short report of the experience will be entered in an online portal so the store can receive feedback of the experience.
