We are a growing company with approximately 40 employees—most of whom work remotely—seeking a knowledgeable and reliable IT consultant to serve in an on-call capacity. Our tech stack includes: Office365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Smartsheet Harvest (Time Tracking/Invoicing) We need someone who can: Troubleshoot day-to-day issues across our platforms Provide proactive advice for increased efficiency and workflow integration Recommend tools or automations to help connect and optimize these systems Serve as a point of contact for IT questions as they arise Ideal Candidate Will: Be responsive and available for periodic troubleshooting requests Have experience supporting remote teams Understand the nuances of cross-platform integration Be open to a brief Microsoft Teams meeting to discuss needs and expectations If you're interested, please reply with your experience related to the above platforms and your availability for an intro call.
