Hours Needed: • Monday through Friday: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM EST • Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST • Weekend availability is required Primary Responsibilities: • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional, friendly tone • Use provided scripts to collect caller information • Schedule estimates directly from our website via Calendly • Send brief call summaries through email or CRM (if applicable) • Escalate urgent matters as instructed Requirements: • Fluent in English with clear, professional phone communication • Prior experience in customer service or receptionist work preferred • Familiarity with Calendly or similar scheduling tools • High-speed internet and quiet work environment • Comfortable working independently and reliably during assigned hours
