Are you passionate about helping women balance their hormones naturally, improve gut health, and feel empowered in their bodies? We're looking for a certified Hormone Health Coach to join our team and support our growing client base. About the Role: As an Assistant Coach, you'll work alongside our lead coach and functional CRNP to guide women through their healing journey. You'll provide personalized coaching support, help clients implement protocol recommendations, and offer compassionate accountability to ensure progress. This is a remote role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who is passionate about functional wellness and ready to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities: -Support clients through messaging, check-ins, and coaching calls -Help clients implement functional test protocols (micronutrients, food intolerance, heavy metals) -Assist with interpreting client intake forms and tracking progress -Offer mindset, lifestyle, and nutrition support aligned with hormone health goals -Collaborate with the lead coach and functional CRNP on care plans and client needs -Attend team meetings and contribute to a supportive, client-centered coaching experience Qualifications: -Certified Hormone Health Coach (required) -Nutrition and/or Gut Health Coaching Certification (preferred) -Familiarity with functional labs and personalized wellness protocols -Empathetic, organized, faith based, and a great communicator -Passionate about holistic health, bioindividuality, and helping women thrive naturally
