Position Overview: We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our growing team. You’ll help manage property data, liaise with local contacts, assist with client inquiries, and keep our listings accurate and up-to-date. If you love Japanese culture, real estate, and helping others navigate exciting new paths—this is the job for you. Key Responsibilities: Research and upload new property listings to our website (including formatting, translating, and verifying details) Communicate with Japanese akiya banks, real estate agents, and local government offices Manage and respond to client inquiries via email and our contact form Assist in organizing virtual property consultations and follow-ups Keep records organized in spreadsheets and task management tools (like Notion or Trello) Support our marketing team by gathering property photos and information for newsletters and social media posts Translate basic real estate documents or communication between Japanese and English as needed Monitor akiya bank updates and flag new opportunities Ideal Qualifications: Strong interest in Japanese real estate, architecture, or rural revitalization Business-level Japanese and English (written and spoken) Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently Familiarity with online tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and basic CMS platforms Prior real estate, admin, or customer service experience is a plus Experience living in or traveling around Japan is a bonus What We Offer: Flexible working hours A chance to grow with a passionate, international team Insight into Japan’s unique real estate industry The opportunity to help others make their dream of owning a home in Japan a reality
