Job Description: Are you a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills? We are seeking 10 reliable and experienced Mystery Shop Callers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing and enhancing the quality of our customer service through strategic cold calling and comprehensive feedback. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Cold Calls: Make 1-3 scheduled cold calls daily to designated companies to evaluate their customer service interactions. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all calls and feedback for analysis and reporting purposes. Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and engage effectively over the phone. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to accurately assess and report on customer service quality. Instruction Following: Capability to understand and implement specific guidelines and instructions meticulously. Intermediate Expertise: Demonstrated experience in a similar role or relevant field.
