Hi, I need help with interviewing loan officers. It’s really more of a sales pitch to get them to join my company. No cold calling, they are booked via indeed. I pretty much call them, ask a few questions and then deliver my pitch. I have all this scripted as well as the FAQs. It just has to be sold with passion. I normally have 15 to 20 interviews per week. Each one is 30 to 45 minutes. They are booked via calendly. Is that something you will be interested in? If so how many hours per week are you available?
