Customer Payment Collection Specialist
We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to make phone calls to our clients and collect outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will be articulate, professional, and possess a strong ability to communicate effectively over the phone. You must be fluent in English with no discernible accent. Your role will involve explaining payment details, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a positive customer experience. We need 40 hours a week for 4 weeks to start. We're ready to get started immediately.
