Our primary mode of communication with customers is through email, and we are looking for a dedicated customer support representative to manage our inbox and respond to inquiries promptly and effectively. Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Freelance Customer Support Representative to join our team and work 5 days per week (40 hours estimated). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our customer interactions, responding to inquiries from current and potential customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of our programs and services. Key Responsibilities: * Manage Email Inbox: Monitor and manage the inbox, ensuring all emails are responded to promptly. * Respond to Inquiries: Use pre-written snippets to respond to common questions from customers. Customize snippets as needed while maintaining a positive and helpful tone. * Customer Support: Address various customer concerns, including registration issues, errors, inquiries, and more. * Use of Tools: Utilize Gmail and CRM to manage customer interactions and update records. * Escalate Issues: Identify and escalate complex or sensitive inquiries to senior team members or specific departments as needed. * Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and updates using our CRM system. * Adhere to Guidelines: Follow company guidelines and best practices for email management and customer communication. Qualifications: * Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote setting. * Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language. * Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Gmail, Chrome extensions and CRM systems. * Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. * Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. * Availability: Ability to work full time with flexibility in scheduling. Preferred Skills: * Familiarity with Sports: Understanding of youth sports in USA and programs is a plus. * Customer-Centric Approach: A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service. * Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in managing email communications and customer records.
