A nationwide law firm, is seeking a Bilingual Virtual Assistant to assist with client intake and medical treatment coordination. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct client intake calls with professionalism and empathy - Assist clients in coordinating medical treatment and follow-ups - Communicate fluently in English and Spanish to assist a diverse client base - Accurately enter and manage client information in the firm's CRM system - Utilize Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) For documentation and scheduling - Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and responsiveness in client interactions - Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth client transitions Qualifications: - Fluent in both English and Spanish(spoken and written) - Experience working with a CRM (case management software preferred) - Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) - Strong telephone communication skills and ability to handle sensitive client information with professionalism - Prior experience in client intake, customer service, or medical/legal coordination is a plus - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a remote work setting Compensation & Schedule: - Full-time position (U.S. Business Hours) - Competitive pay based on experience If you are a dedicated, bilingual professional looking to work with a dynamic legal team, we invite you to apply!
