Necesito un apoyo administrativo. Somos una empresa de gestión de inmuebles, ubicada en España, y necesito ayuda con: -Selección y filtro de inquilino -Envío de documentos y contratos para firma -Gestión de incidencias por parte de los inquilinos -Gestionar y hacer seguimiento de servicios como la limpieza -Hacer seguimiento de los contratos de los inquilinos y enviar para su rescisión o renovación. -Otras tareas administrativas Usamos un programa donde está todo centralizado y se tendría que utilizar este programa. Se valorará persona que pueda comunicarse con los inquilinos en inglés y realice llamadas cuando sea necesario. Se valorará persona que coincida con el horario de 9 -13 y de 15 a 19h, hora de España.
