The position is commission-based, with 20% commission per closed deal. Job Overview: As a Sales Closer, your role will focus on converting inbound leads into clients during pre-scheduled video sales calls. All leads are automatically booked into your calendar, and your job is to conduct sales calls, close deals, maintain the CRM, and track your performance. Responsibilities: Engage Leads on Video Calls: Participate in video sales calls with leads that have been automatically booked into your calendar. Your goal is to understand their needs, present our services, and close the sale. Close Deals: Convert inbound leads into paying clients by showcasing the value of our high-ticket $3,000 service during the call. Maintain CRM: Use our CRM system (GoHighLevel) to track leads, update progress, and ensure follow-ups are logged for any necessary actions post-call. Report & Track Performance: Regularly track your sales performance, report closed deals, and keep an eye on conversion rates to optimize your approach. Qualifications: Proven Track Record: 2+ years of experience closing high-ticket sales (preferably in home services, digital marketing, or related industries). Video Sales Call Expertise: Comfortable with video sales calls and engaging leads through an online platform, with strong verbal communication skills. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your time, and focus on hitting sales targets. CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (preferably GoHighLevel) to manage and track leads. Sales Expertise: Strong closing skills, able to handle objections and drive deals to completion.
