We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketer with a strong background in B2C user acquisition to lead and execute campaigns that drive growth for our consumer-facing digital product. This is a freelance, remote role focused exclusively on bringing in new users through creative, high-ROI marketing strategies. You'll work alongside an email marketing specialist and a RevOps/automation lead for B2B, but this role is solely focused on acquiring individual users, not businesses. We need someone who thrives in startup environments and can own the strategy and execution of social, influencer, and performance marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a B2C user acquisition plan across paid and organic channels (TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Reddit, influencers, etc.) Create compelling ad creatives, messaging, and campaigns that convert Source and manage micro-influencers and creators to drive app downloads or web signups Launch A/B tests and iterate quickly based on data Track acquisition metrics and optimize CAC and retention Report weekly results and adjust strategy as needed Collaborate with internal team to align messaging across channels Ideal Candidate: Proven experience driving B2C growth for early-stage startups or mobile/web apps Expertise with social and influencer marketing, as well as paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Reddit) Creative thinker and strong executor—able to move fast with minimal oversight Solid grasp of analytics and growth KPIs Comfortable with performance-based strategy and goals Bonus: Experience in youth sports, fundraising, education, or cause-driven campaigns
