Part‑Time Ad Creative Strategist (As‑Needed) We’re a fast‑growing, performance‑focused marketing agency that manages paid social and search for DTC brands and local service businesses. Our media buyers live in data dashboards; we need a creative partner who lives in the idea cloud, and can drop those ideas into Slack, Notion, and ad accounts on demand. What You’ll Do -Brainstorm & deliver new ad concepts as needed for clients (depending on what the media buyers need - coordinate with copywriter and design team to make the ad, or make it yourself)! -Write Clear Briefs for designers, editors, and copywriters: complete with hooks, on‑screen text, visual references, and CTA. -Collaborate via Slack and a weekly check in call with ownership. -Curating swipe files of winning ads, trends, and competitor moves. -Creative ideas submitted within 72 hours of receiving Must‑Haves 2+ years ideating social ad creatives (Meta or TikTok a must; Google Display/YouTube a bonus).
