We’re looking for a highly creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead the pre-launch, launch, and growth marketing for GolfRx—a breakthrough wellness brand that combines licensed therapy with golf. Our program is designed to treat anxiety, stress, and burnout—and is often covered by insurance or HSA/FSA accounts. This is not a traditional golf brand. GolfRx blends clinical structure, emotional wellness, and outdoor therapy—and we need someone who knows how to capture hearts, clicks, and conversions. What You'll Do: - Develop and execute a pre-launch strategy to build a waitlist and brand buzz - Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) - Lead launch day campaigns, giveaways, and social pushes - Build automated email onboarding sequences (ConvertKit, Mailchimp, or similar) - Collaborate with content creators and influencer partners - Test and refine messaging that converts users from curious to committed - Use metrics to track what’s working—and pivot fast when needed What We're Looking For: - Proven experience launching DTC wellness or consumer tech brands - Paid ad experience with $5k–$50k launch budgets - Strong portfolio of successful launch campaigns (please include links or metrics) - Ability to create simple landing page funnels (ClickFunnels, Webflow, etc.) - Bonus if you have experience in golf, wellness, mental health, or HSA products Vibe We Want: - Someone who writes sharp, scroll-stopping ad copy - Someone who *wants* to do things differently - Someone who blends strategy with storytelling - Someone who owns results—not just deliverables Compensation: Project-based or retainer + performance bonus structure available.
