We are a professional educational organization seeking a highly reliable and skilled digital marketing and tech support contractor for approximately 20 hours per week. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and experienced in multiple areas of digital marketing, including paid advertising, SEO, and social media, as well as basic tech support and troubleshooting. Responsibilities: PPC Campaign Management: Manage and optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI. SEO (Basic): Perform keyword research, update meta tags and titles, optimize website content, and ensure SEO best practices across our website. Social Media Management: Schedule and post content, engage with followers, monitor analytics, and propose strategies to increase reach and engagement. Basic Tech Support: Provide support for website updates (WordPress/Teachable), troubleshoot email or LMS issues, and assist with integrations or platform syncing as needed. Analytics & Reporting: Generate weekly reports for ads, social media, and web performance. Use this data to make strategic recommendations. Requirements: Proven experience in PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta) Basic SEO implementation and tools (Google Search Console, Yoast, etc.) Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite) Experience with platforms like WordPress, Teachable, and Mailchimp (or similar) Excellent communication and time management skills Able to work independently and proactively Bonus if you have: Experience with online education, coaching, or wellness industries Graphic design or Canva skills for social posts Familiarity with CRMs or Zapier automation Weekly Hours: ~20 hours/week Time Zone Preference: Eastern Time (flexible but overlap preferred) Rate: Please provide your hourly rate when applying We are looking for someone long-term who can grow with us.
