We are a real estate investment company specializing in buying houses fast for cash ("We Buy Houses") in New York and select surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced Google Ads freelancer to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns. Scope of Work: Manage and optimize our Google Ads campaign that is focused on motivated sellers (homeowners looking to sell fast). Monitor campaigns 1-2 hours weekly, adjust bids, keywords, and ad groups as needed to maximize leads at the lowest cost per acquisition (CPA). Provide weekly updates on campaigns.
