We’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to take charge of our social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and everything in between. Position Overview: As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing every aspect of our social media presence—from conceptualization to execution. You will develop strategies, create content, manage campaigns, analyze performance, and ensure our social media platforms reflect our brand’s voice and values. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy (A to Z): Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s business goals. Create detailed plans for organic and paid social media campaigns, adjusting as needed based on performance and industry trends. Analyze competitors and market trends to ensure our social media strategy remains innovative and competitive. Content Creation & Curation: Create engaging, original, and high-quality content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including graphics, videos, and written copy. Work closely with the design and marketing teams to produce visually appealing and on-brand content. Curate content from various sources that resonate with our audience while maintaining brand consistency. Community Engagement & Management: Engage with followers, fans, and influencers in real-time by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Foster positive relationships with online communities and brand advocates to drive loyalty and word-of-mouth marketing. Monitor social media channels for any potential issues or customer complaints and provide timely solutions. Campaign Management & Execution: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns (both paid and organic) that drive engagement, awareness, and conversions. Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and iterative improvements based on performance metrics. Collaborate with other teams to ensure all promotions and events are supported across social platforms. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization: Track and measure social media performance using platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, etc. Provide regular reports with insights on reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Use data and insights to optimize future social media campaigns and make informed decisions. Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and style across all social media platforms. Develop guidelines for brand voice and messaging that reflect the company’s core values and resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with the content team to ensure cross-platform consistency and unified branding. Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify and work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify social media presence and extend reach. Build relationships with key influencers and collaborate on co-branded campaigns, giveaways, and other promotional activities. Trend Spotting & Innovation: Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, tools, and platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of digital marketing. Suggest and implement new social media strategies to improve engagement and brand awareness. Crisis Management & Reputation Monitoring: Act swiftly and professionally to manage any negative publicity or social media crises, ensuring the brand’s reputation remains intact. Monitor social media conversations to detect potential PR issues and address them proactively. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of experience in managing social media accounts and content creation. Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns. Strong understanding of all major social media platforms, tools, and trends. Expertise in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Highly creative, organized, and adaptable with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
