About the Role Our marketing agency is seeking a skilled META Facebook & Instagram Ads Expert to manage and optimize ad campaigns for a select group of our clients in the hair salon industry. This part-time freelance role is perfect for a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of creating high-performing ad campaigns on Meta platforms. You’ll work remotely to drive client growth through targeted, engaging, and results-oriented advertising. Key Responsibilities -Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for hair salon clients, including audience targeting, ad creatives, and budget allocation. -Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on key metrics like cost-per-click, conversions, and appointment bookings. -Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with our design team to ensure visually appealing creatives. -Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and provide regular reports with actionable insights. -Stay updated on Meta advertising trends and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive. - A/B test ad variations to improve engagement and performance. Qualifications -Required: 2+ years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, with expertise in Meta Ads Manager. -Proven success in running ads for service-based businesses, ideally in the beauty or hair salon industry. -Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences. -Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and optimizing for KPIs like conversions and ROAS. -Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear, concise reports. -Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools for ad creative collaboration is a plus. -Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
