The CPAP Shop is looking for a freelance Social Media Coordinator who will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X). This person must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a creative vision to produce engaging content, and the knowledge to use these platforms to drive traffic to our e-commerce sites. The CPAP Shop specializes in sleep aid and respiratory therapy. Our mission is to help our customers by connecting them with the quality resources, products, and expertise that they need to improve their quality of life. We know that being diagnosed with sleep apnea and adjusting to sleep therapy is a challenge and we’re here to ease that transition. This includes social media postings that are informative, creative, and eye-catching. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a social media calendar that includes a variety of posts (informational, lead gen, transactional) - Heavy focus on creating a variety of video content - Ability to leverage content with ad spend while hitting target goals - Cohesive messaging that aligns with the brand, the market, and the target audience Qualifications and What We’ll Expect from You: - Established experience in social media (health or e-commerce experience preferred). Samples requested. - Ability to meet deadlines and effectively communicate with our Sr. Marketing Manager - Ability to receive feedback and implement it into future work - Experience working on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, and other social media platforms Estimated work would be 5-7 hours per week.
