We are looking for a full-time remote Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist, ideally based in Latin America, who is fluent in English and Spanish. This role supports our UK-based network of contractors by building and managing automated lead generation workflows related to water damage, leak detection, and escape of water incidents that may qualify as insurance claims. The goal is to generate a steady flow of qualified leads that become either private repair jobs or insurance claims. You’ll be responsible for:     •    Setting up and managing workflows using GenieAI or HighLevel     •    Creating and maintaining email automations, forms, landing pages, and lead tracking     •    Integrating booking systems and follow-ups     •    Collaborating with our internal assistant for CRM maintenance and reporting     •    Making occasional calls to confirm appointments with UK-based leads (English fluency required)     •    Supporting the marketing flow from lead capture to contractor assignment The closing of the insurance claim is handled by the director. Contractors close private jobs directly. This is a long-term, full-time role (40 hrs/week).
