1. FedEx Package Tracking Using PluginHive plugin for FedEx Tracking. What we have now: When an order is placed it processes through WooCommerce as expected and then when FedEx picks up the actual product from the client. That is what triggers the FedEx tracking link to be sent to the customer. The email that is sent comes from FedEx and has the FedEx branding. What we need: We want the same trigger to send the tracking link email but we don’t want it to have the FedEx branding or to come from their email system. We have the FedEx PluginHive Licensed Plugin that will allow for a custom email to be set up with our branding and come from our email. The plugin should be able to add the proper FedEx tracking url to the email goes out to the customer. 2. Label Printing on the admin side of our website. What we have now: When an order is completed through the website. WooCommerce is connected to FedEx and they can print labels when logged into their FedEx account. Currently we have custom shipping rates that the customer receives based on order amount. That is controlled by a different plugin and is working as expected. On the admin side I have set the size boxes they use to ship automatically for any order. They are the FedEx Small Box through FedEx Extra Large Box. Those boxes are checked and correct. I have the shipping set to FedEx 2 Day AM and FedEx 2 Day. The client only uses 2 Day Shipping at this time. They only Ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. That information is already set on the website admin side. What we need: When an order is place through the website, we want the FedEx Label plugin from PluginHive to automatically create the label so that we can print directly from the backend of WooCommerce vs having to login into our FedEx account on their website to print labels. Right now, the system does not automatically create the shipment box and use the customer information to create the label. That is our goal and then we can just mass print a bunch of labels from the backend of the website vs having to go to FedEx and print them one by one. Additional details: We will need to know how you plan to make the changes and make sure all packaging labels are correct, as well as the Email for Shipping Tracking to customer is correct. We are hosted on Siteground and they have the ability for you to set up a staging area so we don’t interfere with the live website. In order to work on this project we will need you to be expert working with WooCommerce, FedEx and PluginHive We have 4 Pluginhive plugins that work with FedEx 1. ph-hide-woocommerce-shipping-methods-premium 2. ph-woocommerce-shipment-tracking 3. wf-estimated-delivery-for-woocommerce 4. fedex-woocommerce-shipping The person for this job MUST have worked with these Plugin Hive plugins, FedEx and be able to accomplish the goals outlined above.
