I'm looking for an experienced PR Professional to help elevate a clients' brand’s visibility through strategic media outreach, compelling press materials, and high-impact placements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting press kits, press releases, executive bios, and pitching to journalists to secure media coverage in relevant outlets (digital, print, and broadcast). Experience in the entertainment and/or medical field preferred. Key Responsibilities: Develop professional press kits (media kits), overview, key messaging, high-res images, and press releases. Write engaging press releases for announcements, launches, and events. Craft compelling bios and profiles tailored for media. Identify and pitch journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure press coverage. Maintain a media contact list and build relationships with relevant reporters. Track PR efforts and provide reports on media placements and outreach success. Requirements: Proven experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communications. Strong writing and editing skills (samples of press releases/kits required). Experience securing press coverage in reputable outlets (please share examples). Knowledge of media databases (e.g., Cision, Muck Rack) is a plus. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt messaging for different audiences.
