B2B Growth Marketer Needed for HubSpot and Cold Email Campaigns

We’re a fast-moving B2B company disrupting the sales intelligence and PEO advisory space. We help businesses discover which companies are using specific products—and turn that insight into revenue. We’re looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketer who can build, test, and optimize cold email campaigns, landing pages, and lead funnels using HubSpot, with our site currently on Squarespace and migrating to WordPress. This is not a strategy-only role. We need a doer who can write, launch, test, and iterate across channels—including paid. ⸻ What You’ll Do: • Write and test cold email campaigns that drive replies and calls • Build and optimize landing pages (currently in Squarespace, moving to WordPress) • Set up and manage HubSpot workflows, forms, email sequences, and lists • Launch and manage LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns • Collaborate on lead magnets, list offers, and funnel experiments • Track and report on performance (CPL, reply rate, conversion rate, etc.) • Repurpose ideas into high-performing LinkedIn posts and newsletter content ⸻ You Should Be: • Fluent in HubSpot (CRM, emails, workflows, segmentation) • Experienced with cold email and landing page testing • Confident running LinkedIn and Google Ads for B2B lead gen • Comfortable in Squarespace and ideally WordPress (Elementor or similar) • Able to write in our tone: “Think Ryan Reynolds if he ran McKinsey. Smart, human, irreverent—but never sloppy or vague.” ⸻ Our Goal: Drive more qualified leads through cold email, ads, and content—without bloated systems or boring copy. ⸻ Tools We Use: • HubSpot • Squarespace (migrating to WordPress) • LinkedIn Ads • Google Ads • Google Sheets • Notion • Zapier ⸻ Dealbreakers: Please do not apply if: • You’ve never written or tested a cold email sequence • You can’t show landing pages with measurable results • You haven’t run LinkedIn or Google Ads for B2B campaigns • You prefer vague “brand” work over direct-response marketing ⸻ To Apply: Include the following: A cold email subject line + first sentence targeting PEO salespeople using Justworks A landing page you’ve written or built (Squarespace, WordPress, or similar) A short blurb about real results you’ve delivered (email reply rates, CPLs, ad conversions, etc.) We’ll start with a paid test project.
