Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager/Consultant Needed to Help Promote Picture Artwork

I am a young aviation professional in the U.S. who is relatively unfamiliar with the inner workings of social media. I want to set up and run a social media account (e.g. Instagram) that shares my HQ artwork creations. I aim to grow awareness and build a following that will eventually desire to purchase my digital artwork on a separate digital e-commerce or custom website. The artwork consists mainly of paintbrush-style landscapes; I can share several examples to those who are interested. Although I am looking for consultation and social media management, I am also searching for a social media manager who believes in the validity of my idea.
