Job Description: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Instagram Marketing & Outreach Specialist to manage and grow our Social Media presence. Your primary focus will be to drive traffic to our mobile app, build brand awareness, and engage with potential clients—including celebrities and influencers—via direct messaging and strategic content. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a weekly Instagram content calendar (posts, reels, stories, etc.) Write engaging captions and use relevant hashtags to increase reach Monitor trends and incorporate high-performing content styles (luxury, travel, lifestyle) Drive app downloads and website visits through compelling CTAs DM celebrities, influencers, and high-profile individuals with personalized offers, Partnering with Brands, Companies, Businesses offering company monthly deals. With Sports Teams, Artists, Etc Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage DMs professionally Collaborate with internal team to align on promotions and messaging Report on growth metrics and campaign performance Requirements: Proven experience managing Instagram for a luxury or high-end brand Excellent communication skills and understanding of Instagram algorithms Strong aesthetic sense and experience with visual content creation Comfortable and professional in outreach to celebrities and influencers Self-starter, highly organized, and results-oriented Nice to Have: Experience in private aviation, travel, or lifestyle marketing Familiarity with influencer partnerships or celebrity management
